Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Kopath Floristry Guild (“KFG”) courses, websites, and services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if unopened; live cohorts are refundable up to 72 hours before the first session.
4. Course access
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses. Do not share content publicly or resell it without written permission.
5. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to disrupt servers, scraping without permission, infringing IP, or posting unlawful or abusive content.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, and designs are owned by KFG or its licensors. You may take notes and create portfolio works you produced during assignments.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KFG disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KFG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
